Megan grew up playing dress up with her Barbies in her backyard in Michigan. Her studies in fashion and graphic design led to work as a fashion designer in New York City, grad school in London, and a career as a stylist in Los Angeles working on ecommerce photo shoots for clothing brands including PacSun.

Before running FlashLab, Megan also worked as a flight attendant traveling the world. Her unique creative background, eye for design and detail, and friendly demeanor ensures that every event runs seamlessly. She is proud to continue the FlashLab legacy and maintain the level of quality and care started by founders Aerin and Emili.

Her partner, Tom studied adventure tourism in the Adirondacks and has a background in managing a team for a printing company. He has developed an eye for adventure sports photography and ensures the lighting is perfect at every event.
