Megan grew up playing dress up with her Barbies in Michigan. Her studies in fashion and graphic design led to work as a fashion designer in New York City, grad school in London, and a career as a stylist in Los Angeles working on photo shoots for clothing brands.

Before running FlashLab, Megan also worked as a flight attendant traveling around the world. Her creative background, eye for design and detail, and friendly demeanor ensure that every event runs seamlessly. She is proud to continue the FlashLab legacy and maintain the quality and care established by founders Aerin and Emili.

Tom and Megan met in Boulder, Colorado and moved to Hawaii to run FlashLab together. Tom studied adventure tourism in New York and has a background in managing a team for a printing company. He has developed an eye for photography and ensures lighting is perfect at every event.
